Beautiful Thunderbolt was established in 2008 by Ffion Sprigings, who has been teaching for over 10 years. She gives lessons and treatments designed to teach energy awareness, to flow, relax, centre, ground and balance, and to learn about and to use our connection to Life. Also, she makes clean, high-quality products using carefully sourced wild and organic oils. Ffion teaches energy (Prana/Chi) awareness and how to feel and flow with your energy rather than a mostly head-based existence, creating balance between body and soul, and a way of living connected to Life rather than in separation. She does this by teaching energy changing practises such as yoga, meditation and breathwork as well as giving spiritual guidance and healing. Ffion is also a holistic aromatherapist and massage therapist. She is dedicated to the advancement of energy healing and to the integration of energy healing methods with mainstream healthcare. She lives in Knowl Hill, Berkshire where her classes take place. |

Background On this planet, inner peace and connection rarely come naturally, so in order to find it in your life, some sort of daily practice must take place. This may be through meditation, yoga, conscious breathing, walking in nature etc., there are different ways. It doesn’t need to take long. A lot of emphasis these days is put on reaching out to other realms, to the ‘higher self’ to find connection and peace, that what we have is not enough. But this ignores the innate ability we have to feel and connect to our soul energy in the physical body. This is step one. Step two is to live your life from that place of connection. Right here, now, in this body, on this planet. By travelling inwards to your own centre of peace and experiencing that in all its real, complete, earthiness. It took me a while to learn this myself and I continue to practise daily, trying to remain open to what I may feel and how far I may go. The methods and techniques I learned along the way that brought balance and peace, I now teach. And these days, I practise living a life that is guided by my intuition and a deepening connection to Life, with the support and complete sense of inner nourishment that that brings. In addition, I took extensive training in energy work and psychic development, allowing me to be able to tune into and assess individual energy, which is invaluable for a holistic practitioner. I find it informative, essential and fascinating to look holistically at what is affecting the whole person, energetically, mentally and physically. It is a real pleasure to be able to assist you on your journey, whether you are looking to de-stress, to find some balance and relax, to find support as you heal, to go deeper or are actively on the often long and steep path to wholeness and spiritual enlightenment. Cancelling your appointment/session Once your appointment/session is confirmed I ask that you only cancel or change it at short notice if it is really unavoidable.
